Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and Exchanges for online orders must be made within 10 days of receiving your products. You have the option of a full refund to the original method of payment, or you may choose a store credit which never expires. 

All Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund or a store credit - they are final salethis includes regular Sale merchandise as well as any items purchased with the use of a promo code. 

All return items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.


In-Store Returns or Exchanges:

For in store returns, we are no longer offering refunds back to the original form of payment. We can accept exchanges, for all items that are unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached within 10 days of the original purchase date. You must also bring your receipt. We can then issue a refund in the form of store credit.

How Do I Initiate a Return/Exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange any items, please contact us at and let us know what items from your order you wish to return or exchange. Please also include your name, order number, and whether or not you want a refund to your original payment method or a store credit refund. We do not issue return labels unless a product is damaged or defective - all returns must be shipped back by the customer to our storefront.

You have 10 days from receiving your package to return or exchange your items. After we receive your return, you will be issued your full refund (minus the original shipping cost), or your store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post to your bank account. Store credits will be sent to your email immediately.

The packing slip for your return must be included in your return package along with the items you have been authorized to return.


Damaged or Defective Products:
